The Shell II voicing of B#m7 stacks A#, D# and F## from the bottom up: the minor 7th, minor 3rd and 5th of the chord. It leaves out the root, B#, for the left hand or the bass player to take.
It's one of the Rootless 3-Note Shells voicings: three-note rootless voicings: the 3rd and 7th with one more tone, played over the root. The other for B#m7 is Shell I.
