The Shell II voicing of C#mb6 stacks A, E and G# from the bottom up: the flat 6th, minor 3rd and 5th of the chord. It leaves out the root, C#, for the left hand or the bass player to take.
It's one of the Rootless 3-Note Shells voicings: three-note rootless voicings: the 3rd and 7th with one more tone, played over the root. The other for C#mb6 is Shell I.
