The Shell I voicing of Gbm11 stacks Bbb, Fb and Cb from the bottom up: the minor 3rd, minor 7th and 11th of the chord. It leaves out the root, Gb, for the left hand or the bass player to take.
It's one of the Rootless 3-Note Shells voicings: three-note rootless voicings: the 3rd and 7th with one more tone, played over the root. The other for Gbm11 is Shell II.
