The Shell I voicing of C7#5 stacks E, G# and Bb from the bottom up: the major 3rd, sharp 5th and minor 7th of the chord. It leaves out the root, C, for the left hand or the bass player to take.
It's one of the Rootless 3-Note Shells voicings: three-note rootless voicings: the 3rd and 7th with one more tone, played over the root. The other for C7#5 is Shell II.
