The Shell I voicing of C#dim7 stacks E, G and Bb from the bottom up: the minor 3rd, flat 5th and diminished 7th of the chord. It leaves out the root, C#, for the left hand or the bass player to take.
It's one of the Rootless 3-Note Shells voicings: three-note rootless voicings: the 3rd and 7th with one more tone, played over the root. The others for C#dim7 are Shell II and Shell III.
