The bV over 3rd and 7th, 1st Inversion voicing of Cb7b9 stacks Eb, Bbb, Bbb, C and Gbb from the bottom up: the major 3rd, minor 7th, minor 7th, flat 9th and flat 5th of the chord. It leaves out the root, Cb, for the left hand or the bass player to take.
