The bV over 7th and 3rd, 2nd Inversion voicing of Cb7b9 stacks Bbb, Eb, C, Gbb and Bbb from the bottom up: the minor 7th, major 3rd, flat 9th, flat 5th and minor 7th of the chord. It leaves out the root, Cb, for the left hand or the bass player to take.
