The Shell II voicing of Cbm(maj7) stacks Bb, Ebb and Gb from the bottom up: the major 7th, minor 3rd and 5th of the chord. It leaves out the root, Cb, for the left hand or the bass player to take.
It's one of the Rootless 3-Note Shells voicings: three-note rootless voicings: the 3rd and 7th with one more tone, played over the root. The other for Cbm(maj7) is Shell I.
