The bV over 7th and 3rd voicing of G7b9 stacks F, B, Db, F and Ab from the bottom up: the minor 7th, major 3rd, flat 5th, minor 7th and flat 9th of the chord. It leaves out the root, G, for the left hand or the bass player to take.
