The Shell II voicing of Gbdim7 stacks Fbb, Bbb and Dbb from the bottom up: the diminished 7th, minor 3rd and flat 5th of the chord. It leaves out the root, Gb, for the left hand or the bass player to take.
It's one of the Rootless 3-Note Shells voicings: three-note rootless voicings: the 3rd and 7th with one more tone, played over the root. The others for Gbdim7 are Shell I and Shell III.
