The Shell III voicing of Gbdim7 stacks Dbb, Fbb and Bbb from the bottom up: the flat 5th, diminished 7th and minor 3rd of the chord. It leaves out the root, Gb, for the left hand or the bass player to take.
It's one of the Rootless 3-Note Shells voicings: three-note rootless voicings: the 3rd and 7th with one more tone, played over the root. The others for Gbdim7 are Shell I and Shell II.
