The Shell I voicing of Gbm6 stacks Bbb, Eb and Ab from the bottom up: the minor 3rd, 6th and 9th of the chord. It leaves out the root, Gb, for the left hand or the bass player to take.
It's one of the Rootless 3-Note Shells voicings: three-note rootless voicings: the 3rd and 7th with one more tone, played over the root. The other for Gbm6 is Shell II.
