The Shell III voicing of E#dim7 stacks B, D and G# from the bottom up: the flat 5th, diminished 7th and minor 3rd of the chord. It leaves out the root, E#, for the left hand or the bass player to take.
It's one of the Rootless 3-Note Shells voicings: three-note rootless voicings: the 3rd and 7th with one more tone, played over the root. The others for E#dim7 are Shell I and Shell II.
