The Shell III voicing of F#dim7 stacks C, Eb and A from the bottom up: the flat 5th, diminished 7th and minor 3rd of the chord. It leaves out the root, F#, for the left hand or the bass player to take.
It's one of the Rootless 3-Note Shells voicings: three-note rootless voicings: the 3rd and 7th with one more tone, played over the root. The others for F#dim7 are Shell I and Shell II.
