The II over 3rd and 7th, 1st Inversion voicing of C7#11 stacks E, Bb, F#, A and D from the bottom up: the major 3rd, minor 7th, sharp 11th, 13th and 9th of the chord. It leaves out the root, C, for the left hand or the bass player to take.
