The II over 3rd and 7th, 1st Inversion voicing of Gb7#11 stacks Bb, Fb, C, Eb and Ab from the bottom up: the major 3rd, minor 7th, sharp 11th, 13th and 9th of the chord. It leaves out the root, Gb, for the left hand or the bass player to take.
